Fixed few minor bugs.

1. Fixed the issues in publish micro-service function(Algorithimia).
2. Developed a function to download datasets directly from DXC public github.
3. Fixed the JSON normalization function issue.
4. Upgraded few packages versions and removed deprecated versions.
5. Resolved the issues in Time-Series models.
6. Added a few enhancements to the read data from the local excel function.

Fix to handle import error of feature engine library.

This release has the below fixes.
1. Added separator parameter for reading csv files with read_data_frame_from_local_csv() function.
2. Handled the date format issue in clean_dataframe() function.
3. Provided a fix to handle imbalanced data in Run_Experiment function.

- Auto encoding for TPOT models to publish microservice functionality.
- Minor fixes for TPOT usage in Run_Experiment.
