Undid a change where absolute paths were used for modules in ef_service_registry.py

We're gonna need to address this and unit tests when we need to migrate to python 3+

whereami will now return jenkins if the JENKINS_URL is set and JENKINS_DOCKER is not

whereami will now return ec2 if JENKINS_DOCKER is set

auto deploy parsing of service_registry.json now added to ef-open

Apparently adding the println to ef-version causes errors to occur in the pipeline code.

Removing it.

This is not the cause of the issues with the other staging pipelines failing.

Fix the ef-open tool to run on jenkins the correct way without the need for the --devel flag

For whatever reason, the regex broke when it encountered this type of git remote -v show

Updated the regex to fix that now.
