Emailsanta

Removed `lxml` dependency and replaced it with `html.parser`. Now it is pure Python.

Updated documentation and dependency list to include lxml.

Minor revision in the order of the arguments in the SantaEmail, as well as fixing up the documentation here and there.

Finished documentation and minor touching up here and there.
