Emojificate

**Major upgrade: previous versions of emojificate will cause server errors**

The MaxCDN hosted version of the assets has been turned down, which means a new host is required. With the image testing on [`valid_src()`](https://github.com/glasnt/emojificate/blob/0.6.0/emojificate/filter.py#L15), server errors now occur.

Upgrading to 0.7 removes these issues.

This release adds classes and settings for SVG and PNG configurations.
