Removed notebook running features for streamlined functionality.
The notebook running and output checking features were frequently disabled and didn't work in some cases. To focus on core tasks and simplify maintenance, these features have been removed. Open to collaboration for re-implementation if needed.

- Simplified CLI: Eliminated the --no-run flag.
- Deprecated modules and functions: Removed temp_notebook and notebook_is_in_virtualenv.
