- Fixed minor errors

- Fixed ImportError (change `cli` in `__init__.py` to `example`)

- Removed CLI, turned into a function
- Created this Changelog
- Solve the issue where CSV file (dataset) not found

- Added a CSV file which has data about the past epidemic history as dataset
- Use machine learning (KNeighbor) to predict when will next epidemic happen
