Ev3devcmd

Fixed
- fixed mirror and cleanup command for windows; the used sftpclone library
didn't handle the backslash used in windows path's correctly, this was fixed
by converting all backslashes to forward slashes which python handles
correctly on all platforms

Added
- added building of wheels and uploading them to the pypi server

Removed
- don't build and upload sdist package anymore, because a wheel is also a source package
and is better because it contains the requirements in metadata of the package,
which one can fetch from the pypi server before downloading a package.

ADDED
- First production release which can be use with the thonny-ev3dev plugin in the Thonny IDE version 3.
- the mirror/cleanup/upload/delete/download commands also allow you to use a subdir of the homedir on the EV3 robot instead
of the homedir.
- the mirror command by default doesn't mirror hidden files and directories. The mirror command has new option "-a" or "--all"
to specify whether hidden files should also be mirrored.

- temporary we applied the hack to put a copy of the sftpclone package within this package to
resolve a version conflict when requiring the paramiko package. When new a new version of the sftpclone
package arrives we will remove this hack.
- reorganized code so that all code and resources are within the ev3devcmd package folder
- added entry script in setup.py instead of old script: ev3dev command now available on linux/windows/macos
