This release adds support for Python 3.9 by upgrading to Pygame 2.

No new features in this release, just adds a deprecation warning to anyone using the simulator *not* in batch mode.

Batch mode will be the only supported way to use the simulator in a coming update.

This release has a few minor fixes:

- The penalty box now registers as green for the colour sensors, as it would in real life.
- The out on white rule applies to bots only completely outside the white line now.
- Some minor changes to documentation regarding python 3.9
