Eveimageserver

Changes:
- Updated the default URL to use the new CDN URL talked about here: https://developers.eveonline.com/blog/article/image-server-cdn-changes
- Added pypi badge to the README

Fixes
- Fixed a pip install issue with the missing README.md 1

Other
- Added distributions attribute to the travis.yaml config so both sdist and bdist_wheel gets built and distributed.
- Removed the standard requirements.txt file as there are no dependencies. requirements-dev.txt is still around for developing on eveimageserver.
