Changes to the ResourcesApi download methods:
- Rather than reading the entire API response into memory, the download method will perform a chunked download of the file
- Download method returns the filename that the data is downloaded to

Updates to models and api classes to interact with new endpoints for SSH Keys and APIs

Updated the library to reflect hotfixes to the API:

1. IP address restrictions for an account. Instead of an array of strings, an IP Address range is now represented as an object containing the properties ipStart and ipEnd. See the request schema for updating account settings at https://www.exavault.com/developer/api-docs/v2#operation/updateAccount

1. Resources api download method interface updated to remove polling options. See https://www.exavault.com/developer/api-docs/v2#operation/download

- Some parameter names changed
- User and Share models changed - new UserPermissions and AccessMode models
- Renamed some models from Body to names that indicate the purpose (e.g., AddUserRequestBody)

Minor release fixing an issue with getActivity model needing a long, not an int, and an issue with an incorrect archiveName parameter.
