Faradayio-cli

Updated to `faradayio` v0.0.4 and fixed `pytest` version conflicts. This also likely fixes the issue with pytest not working with threads/coveralls threads issue.

This release is essentially v0.0.1 and v0.0.1a but correctly uses Pypi and Github versioning as well as uses the correct v0.0.3 of `faradayio`.

This tag is the initial release for hardware testing by kb1lqd with [`faradayio-firmware`](https://github.com/FaradayRF/faradayio-firmware). The `faradayio-cli` requires `faradayio` v0.0.2 or higher to run and the included `requirements.txt` specifies v0.0.2. This release once verified and fixed should be superseded by the first fully working code released as v0.1.0.

Implements 18 which properly installs all dependencies when installing `faradayio-cli` via pypi.
