Fast-ctc-decode

- Support for multi-character labels *(`alphabet` can now be any `PySequence` type)*.
- On encountering NaNs a `RuntimeError` is raised.

Performance improvements

Better handling on boundary conditions.

Better paths are produced over repeated labels.

Beam search now returns decoded path and sequence.
