Removed upper version constrains to reduce chance of version conflicts

Added a new function to export any set of colorpalettes (even other than the FAU once) to the GIMP color palettes format that can be used in GIMP and Inkscape.
The FAU colors can new be downloaded in this format from the `color_palettes` subfolder.
