Ferriswheel

This release is a bug fix release. It fix the following issues

- id being none
- Failed to create guild because channels or members is None

This release fix a typo in HTTPClient.

I know is only like 2 days but we did some changes to FerrisWheel and I think it should be fine to release the last dev release of the first alpha version of FerrisWheel.

- Added `get_x` methods to the client, for retrieving things from the cache.
- Implemented all routes that are currently available on FerrisChat
- Added create_user function
- Implemented Websocket (Thanks to jay3332 )
- Added `author_id` attribute to the message

That is, for now, the next release will be our first alpha release. It will be released whenever FerrisChat implemented the message create event.

Hi,
After around one week of working, we are finally ready to release the second developmental release of an alpha release.

This release includes a lot of things.
- The doc is finally here. You can view it [here](https://ferriswheel.readthedocs.io/en/latest/)
- Implement all methods that are available as of now.
- Allow login using username and password.
- Added internal connection for cache and other things.

That is, for now, stay tuned for another release soon:tm:

PS:
If you want to use it install from git or the wheel provided below, pypi one is outdated.
We finally have an icon

This is the first developmental release of the ferriswheel alpha version.
This lib is not yet done as ferrischat is not yet done either.
Another thing is that ferrispy is now merged with [ferriswheel](https://github.com/randomairborne/ferriswheel) and renamed to ferriswheel ^{^{^{Because a few people keep saying that ferriswheel is a better name}}}

Anyways this lib is the pog.
