Reverted to morphological chan_vese

Minor update to fix bug in demo

Fixed section function issues.

Removing opencv-python dependency

Major update:

- default option for curvature is fitting circle to entire hair (windows still available as option)
- functional ellipse simulation for validation (not callable through command line, but in demo.py)
- updated README
