Flake8-idom-hooks

This project has been renamed. See here instead: https://github.com/idom-team/flake8-idom

This follows React's naming conventions and probably should have been done a long time ago.

Fixes various issues discovered while trying to apply this linter to [IDOM's](https://github.com/idom-team/idom) code base.

Initial release of `flake8-idom-hooks` this includes most of the the features found in React's on ESLint plugin.

Initial release providing scaffolding for the plugin
