Release contains interface changes.

- Hawk extension was added. It supports Hawk HTTP authentication scheme
and Flask-Login extension.
- Default HTTP error handler was removed from **ResponsiveFlask**.
You have to manually set your own one by using
**app.default_errorhandler** decorator.
