Courtesy itajaja, this release adds support for [apispec](https://apispec.readthedocs.org/).

We also no longer incorrectly catch `DataError`s.

This is a bugfix release.
- Better capture deserializer errors
- Better implementation for `RelatedItem`

No code change - this release was just to fix some errors in publishing.

This is the initial alpha release of Flask-RESTy.

Things are still in quite a lot of flux, and the documentation is currently non-existent, but I believe the current API covers most of my own use cases, and fills a gap in the Flask ecosystem for a flexible library like [Django REST framework](http://www.django-rest-framework.org/) that helps for building both CRUD endpoints and bespoke endpoints.
