Version 2.0.2 changes most of the properties, hooks and methods to use a more normal Python naming convention.

* Regularly called mixin methods now start with `fs_`.
* Hook methods start with `__fs_` and end with `__`.
* Control properties start with `__fs_` and end with `__`.
