Flitter-pygments

This doesn't do anything except fix a packaging mistake and bring the version number up to match the latest release of `flitter-lang`.

Small bug fix to continuation escapes (+ match the numbering of main release).

This brings the highlighting into sync with the new "prime ticks" support in the language.

Bring version numbers into sync and test automatic packaging.
