Enhancements

* Speed up `var`, `std` by using using numpy_groupies `sum_of_squares` by dcherian in https://github.com/xarray-contrib/flox/pull/135. For this we bump min numpy_groupies to `>= 0.9.19`
* Support reindexing in simple_combine by dcherian in https://github.com/xarray-contrib/flox/pull/177. This is a big improvement when distributed's `worker-saturation` parameter is `inf`. If `1.2` it doesn't really change much.
