Big changes, welcome email messaging (two methods, yagmail and sendgrid) microsoftteams, and multi target support). All of this with .env support for safety and a logger to view exactly what went wrong.
**Messaging errors will never interrupt workflow!!**

Full Release, tested the Teams and WebHook url works, credentials to be added in github secrets, prior deployment to PyPI didn't work so doing this again, also, updates to texting method, now works as intended.
