Funda-scraper

Appreciate all the effort the package contributors made in the new release:

- Implemented a workaround for links changing to the new beta CSS.
- Fixed URLs when searching for past listings.
- Implemented a floor area filter.
- Enabled search sorting.
- Changed type bool arguments to store_true action.
- Fixed the size value.

- More advanced search can be achieved with the new arguments in FundaScraper
- Bugs fix

- Update the scraping logic for the new layout of the Funda website
- Add more testing to increase software stability
