Minor fixes to ensure the package is more usable

Allow floats to be passed to the to_positive functions

Add a selection converter to allow automatic selection from a list of any type.

Initial release containing core functions.

Now able to be used to help in fuzzing python libraries within [MLighter](https://github.com/hdg7/mlighter)
