Added a dask process option for ModinWorkflow

Fix for modin dependency resolution. SQLAlchemy dependency restored for general use.

CLI bug fixes and separated out modin client dependency.

Fixed `install_requires` issue with pip.
`pip install fuzzydata` should work now.

The first release of fuzzydata to PyPi (v.0.0.1)
