Galah-python

* Patch of `galah-python`
* Fixed bugs that were present in version 0.5.0
* Increased speed of `atlas_species()` so it is easier to get species lists with galah-python
* Added the ability to specify a geographical region you want to investigate

- Added Austrian, French and GBIF atlases
