What's Changed

- Remove simplejpeg dependency and add a few key-but-unlisted dependencies (pandas, etc)
- Add GZCD non-orthogonal schema (i.e. without the `-cd` question suffix)

.png files with an alpha channel were previously loaded including that alpha channel, causing an incorrect 20% offset in pixel values or an extra fourth channel
This release alters png loading to ignore any alpha channel.
