Geviewer

This release fixes the license printing functionality.

- A GUI to replace all command line interactions
- A toolbar with multiple new viewing options
- An event viewer to cycle through the events included in the file
- HepRep file parsing for geometry hierarchy and component-by-component visibility control

- A distance measurement tool
- A command-line utility for converting files to `.gev` format

This pre-release is the beta for GeViewer v0.2.0. It includes the following changes:

This release includes small updates to print statements for increased clarity.

This release of GeViewer includes the following functionality:
- Load VRML files produced by Geant4 to view detector geometry, particle trajectories, and step markers
- Interact with the 3D-rendered geometry using intuitive mouse controls
- Use simple key commands to customize a number of display features
- Specify a precise viewpoint and resolution, and export figures in multiple formats
- View multiple files overlaid to directly compare geometries
- Export an interactive scene as an HTML file
- Save viewing sessions for rapid loading at a later time

This pre-release is the release candidate for v0.1.0.
