- Fixed: more `com.intellij.diagnostic.PluginException: ... ms to call on EDT ...update...` errors (reported by itxshakil)

- Dropped support for IntelliJ 2022.1.
Note that the versions of this plugin published so far will remain available for download in IntelliJ 2022.1 indefinitely.
The change in the range of supported IntelliJ versions will only affect the new plugin releases, starting from this one.
- Added support for IntelliJ 2023.2.
- Added support for `machete-post-slide-out` hook (see [CLI docs](https://git-machete.readthedocs.io/en/stable/#hooks)).

- added: new `full-no-branches` and `up-only-no-branches` values to `machete.github.prDescriptionIntroStyle` and `machete.gitlab.mrDescriptionIntroStyle` git config keys
- fixed: preserve trailing lines when updating PR/MR descriptions
- fixed: generated sections of GitLab MRs include MR titles (as in GitHub PRs)

- added: `--by=...` flag to `git machete git{hub,lab} update-{pr,mr}-descriptions`

- fixed: `git machete github` and `gitlab` recognize SSH URLs with any user before ``, not just `git`
