Glassesvalidator

Marker and target position files different than the default were not picked up by the python config loader when specified in the validation setup file.
Clarify that only Python 3.10 is supported for now

Windows executable support reenabled

Participant info is optional for Tobii G3

Hopefully fixing issues with popups on MacOS

Move to a different GUI backend for interval coder and whole GUI.
