Fixes an issue in Editor where content management policies could fail to load from memory due to garbage collection.

iterate_directory_entries raises NotADirectoryError if the directory does not exist.

Add many low level APIs to Editor.
Improve licence validation in Editor.
Add additional error code mapping for Editor errors.
Add utils.iterate_directory_entries, a faster method for iterating files, directories, or both using a generator. list_file_paths now uses iterate_directory_entries.
Add low level APIs to Rebuild: _GWFileToFileAnalysisAndProtect and _GWFileAnalysisAndProtect performing both Analysis and Protect at the same time in file to file mode or file to memory mode respectively.
