Jumping up in versions a bit - this a precursor to the eventual v2.0.0 that will be optimized and better cross-validated.

Added functionality
* `fmriprep` confounds isolation in `Subject` object abstracted
* Stricter syntax for pairwise auto-contrasts in `Subject` object
* Stricter syntax for contrast identification in `GroupLevel` object
* Cluster table extraction function added in `GroupLevel` object
