Google-civic-information-api

Full support for the [Google Civic Information API](https://developers.google.com/civic-information/docs/v2) with the following modules & functions:

Divisions
- search
Elections
- elections
- voter_info
Representatives
- representative_info_by_address
- representative_info_by_division

Includes documentation on project usage, contributing, and security.
Includes testing of each function in the package.

- Verifies each function works when provided proper API keys and parameters
- Adds unit testing coverage for API functions

Initial release with API coverage for:
- divisions resource
- elections resource
- representatives resource
It does not contain docs or tests, hence major version 0 still in use
