Goreverselookup

Previous readme.md failed when pushing to pypi on account of an error between the readme and the poetry build system.

Usage:

1. create a python virtual environment
2. activate the virtual environment
3. CD into the environment (this will be the current working directory)
4. run `goreverselookup <input file> --destination_dir <destination dir>`; if only `goreverselookup <input file>` is used, then the destination dir will be set as the root folder of the input file

Users can now score a single target process with or without accounting for the p-values for the opposite process (using `exclude_opposite_regulation_direction_check` model setting.

Other new settings:

- `goterm_gene_query_timeout`
- `goterm_gene_query_timeout`

Several minor bugfixes.
