Add some ``utils``:
- ``axes_label``: create labels with units
- ``tex``: wrap the input to have it rendered as \TeX

This is the initial release.
Currently implemented features should be running smoothly.

Only reason it's not `1.0.0` is that I have to wait for approval to release the stylesheet.
