Hasp

Small change to create_level4_products: allow creation of abutted product from only 1 grating product (for Ullyses). Move the code to prevent this for HASP into the HASP wrapper.

This release removes Ullyses dependency, as there are no tagged releases that are compatible with HASP. Also changes the HASP SegmentList interface to match that of Ullyses coadd's SegmentList interface

Removed github dependencies from pyproject.toml
