- Add commands to completer and have `/profile`, `/ignore` and `/whisper` provide nested completions

- Fixed user list not being reset on reconnect, which was duplicating users
- Client doesn't exit if initial connection fails, keeping prompt access

- Added `--no-config` flag to run without reading from the default config file
- Added `/profile` command to view trip, hash, utype and ignore status of a user
- Added `/ignore` and `/unignoreall` commands, which perform hash+trip based blocking
- Fixed `/unban` command

- Block packets from being sent when disconnected

- Fixed completer not running on the first prompt
