Hershey-fonts

New in this release:
- font packer offers new command line option for selecting the default font
- The HersheyFonts module is using the predefined default font
- load_default_font function now returns the name of the loaded font

This release is a coding style and automation release
Minor bugfix on the non-transparent icon file.

Issues fixed:
1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 8

This release is python only, universal "driver".
Icons are included in 16×16, 32×32, 48×48 and vector formats.
