I3ipc

This version includes the following improvements:

- Python 2 support
- Support the `window_instance` container property
- Pep8 compliance code cleanup

This version contains the following feature enhancements:

- Bump required i3ipc-GLib to version 0.1.1
- Connection `main` method quits the main loop when the ipc shuts down

This is the initial release of i3ipc-python, an improved Python library to control [i3wm](http://i3wm.org).
