Fixed
- Remove version requirements from install dependencies as they break install;
- Remove `img_path` from `parse_pascal_file` as it is not used and `path` is not present in the XML file;
- Replace `items` with `objects` in `parse_pascal_file` as `items` does not exist;
- Cast the `bndbox` values to `float` first, as they cannot be cast directly to `int`;
- Fix import of `ElementTree`.
