Released 1.0.0 as project now finished.

Apart from any bugfixes which may arise.

IPyServer now provides snooping capabilities for drivers.

enableBLOBs instructions now implemented both by IPyServer class and the listen method of IPyDriver.

IPyServer can communicate between multiple drivers and clients, however snooping is not yet implemented.

Some bugfixes and started on ipyserver class

Further work on error reporting

BLOBs can now take binary file like objects as well as byte strings. An example is given.
