- Adding new modes for IntuneCD Monitor. Instead of using API, IntuneCD will run inside the Docker container to provide data for the front end.

- Ability to backup configurations by using a prefix, this lets you backup a specific set of configurations like a baseline or platform specific configs. To use a prefix, include `--prefix` in `IntuneCD-startbackup`, for example: `IntuneCD-startbackup --prefix "myprefix"`. This would backup configurations with a name like `myprefix - iOS/iPadOS - Restrictions`.

- App Protection type "windowsInformationProtectionPolicy" failed to update due to incorrect response code.
- If a settings catalog policy and Endpoint Security policy had the same name, one policy was overwritten in the backup. This has been changed so the `technology` is appended to the file name to avoid overriding errors.

Device Categories was not able to be excluded from backup or update, this is now fixed so adding `DeviceCategories` to `-e` correctly excludes from backup/update.
