Added function get_jadbio_version.

Requests to the backend are now automatically retried, to avoid certain HTTP errors (timeouts, gateway errors, etc.).

Functions get_projects, get_datasets, get_analyses and get_predictions are not limited to 100 results at a time anymore, and can return all results.

Fixed issue were UTF8 encoded .csv files with BOM were not parsed correctly.

Fixed problem when using python version <3.9

Added function to get to download model predictions

The client is now able to run analyses with additional feature selection algorithms.
