* started on supporting the CORE publication tool, currently only for final computation endpoint
* rewrote webservice client to use official api
* added curtailments to webservice api
* moved CWE clients to seperate subpackage and marked as deprecated

add support for endpoints for virgin domains
switch to exceptions from the requests module instead of custom exception
