Jupinx

This release is focused on stability and bug-fixes of current features.

The release moves `-j, --jupyterhub` to more appropriately named `-j, --jupyternb` to launch jupyter notebook server.

Minor adjustment to version architecture so `setup.py` imports version attribute from jupinx.

This minor version release deprecates the `-v, --view` option in favour of:

1. `-j, --jupyterhub` for starting a Jupyter notebook server to view notebooks
1. `-s, --server` for starting an html server to view website

Minor release to fix VERSION attributes in `setup.py` and `jupinx/__init__.py`.

Minor update to fix version number in setup.py to match tag release.

This is the initial release of `jupinx`. A set of utilities for working with Jupyter and Sphinx.

This release includes:
1. `jupinx-quickstart` utility for setting up a `jupinx` style `sphinx` project and to assist with configuration.
1. `jupinx` command line utility for simple triggering of builds that are `jupinx` style projects. This allows building `notebooks`, `website`, and `coverage` reports. In addition to enable `viewing` of build results. Further information is available using `jupinx --help`
