Some update to README and fix lodash vulnerability

This is a hot fix release. `v1.0.0` uploaded an irrelevant file to npm registry. No difference other than that.

Compared with `v0.2.x`, `v1.0.0` is featured in its smooth color.

And minor changes include:
- Use solarized palete for scroll bar and select background color
- Fix `ui-font-color`
- Highlight when searching

This is an dev release of version 1.0.0

Version 1.0.0 aims to provide a readable, smoother looking.

This release fixes the splash screen color. JupyterLab only supports light or dark splash screen color.
