* Mod views are now **only** declared in code, e.g. you cannot create, update or delete mod views in web UI
* Worker IDs no longer start with `broccoli.worker`
* Remove `aps_sp` executor
* Rename `userspace` package to `contrib`
* Fix a bug when there is no `schema_version` collection, database schema is never upgraded
* Fix a bug that database migration cannot perform multiple consecutive upgrades
