This release adds multi-wallbox support, automatic data polling and a very basic keba wallbox emulator (only for communication testing, no reaction on actions).

**Breaking change**
Internal API (the way how to use this library) was completely rewritten in order to support automatic polling and multiple wallboxes.

Increased waiting time in setup to mitigate slow responses of charging stations
