Bugfix in Compare_DAS

New interactive plotting/slicing function that allows easy inspection of data

Added the possibility to subtract species spectra from the matrix and plot it with the same tools.
This is super useful when looking for small contributions.
A lot of documentation updates

External spectra can now be added to the fitting procedure (e.g. to convert absolut data into differential data)
bug fixes if using multiple rejection areas

This version has an improved intensity and energy axis handling, that simplifies the work with e.g. XES data
