Klipper-backup-manager

I've finished a major refactoring of the code and prettied up the output. Management of maximum backups is now handled. Not backwards-compatible with any previous versions.

Still need to implement remote backups.

_3.0.3 bugfix update:_ Fixed the command-line script with pip installation.
_3.0.5 bugfix update:_ Just kidding, it was still broken! Should be fixed now. Tested on my live system.

Not much to say. Mostly bug fixes, a little bit of rearranging of the directory structure so it works. This is actually a release-candidate version that I'd like people to test.

Getting this project to a releasable state has not been easy, but it's stable and it Does The Thing.

I still have a few things I want to clean up, but it runs, and it backs up and restores files the way I want it to.

TO-DO:
- Learn how to manage online backups in a way that isn't clunky.
- that's pretty much it for now
